Pick one loop
Choose one repeated pattern: avoiding a task, staying up too late, hiding from a message, or delaying the next honest step. Do not pick your entire life. Pick one loop you can observe this week.
Make the next step smaller
A small redesign might be opening the file for five minutes, writing the first sentence badly, setting the shoes by the door, or sending the honest two-line reply. The test is not proof that everything is solved. It is a way to learn what the loop needs before it takes over.
